I have to thank Luke Stark (check out his music here on Bandcamp and his SynthSeeker YouTube channel) for providing the inspiration for this one. Hearing some Berlin School ideas (think Tangerine Dream, Kraftwerk, Klaus Schulz) I thought I would try my hand at creating a piece of music in this style. I used Live Loops within Logic Pro for this one. I modified some existing presets, or created my own patches, within Alchemy, Dune 3, Vital, Icarus 2, Pendulate and Synthmaster 2 plugins, as well as some Apple Loops. I think this track has the spirit of the music first created in and around Berlin in the 1970s.
